On family farms averaging just 1.4 hectares, coffee grows alongside food gardens of sweet potato, taro, and cassava, reflecting a deeply rooted agricultural culture. With ongoing training in quality, sustainability, and community empowerment, Timuza’s farmers hand-select ripe cherry and process it using time-honored methods, resulting in exceptional coffees.
