Ardi coffee is carefully sourced by certified Q Graders and made using only ripe cherries processed naturally. Cherries are dried on raised beds and gently turned for three weeks, allowing sugars to transfer to the seed. This labor-intensive process comes from small family farms earning quality premiums and produces a bright, fruit-forward cup with sweet berry and stone fruit notes.
