Java Mocha

Notes of Chocolate, Mixed Berries, and Floral

Our version of the world’s oldest blend balances the ends of the flavor spectrum. Bright Ethiopia with notes of berries pairs with broad Sumatra for a “peanut butter and jelly” effect, in a cup!

Homegrown Coffee®

Ethiopia

Ardi coffee is carefully sourced by certified Q Graders and made using only ripe cherries processed naturally. Cherries are dried on raised beds and gently turned for three weeks, allowing sugars to transfer to the seed. This labor-intensive process comes from small family farms earning quality premiums and produces a bright, fruit-forward cup with sweet berry and stone fruit notes.

Sumatra

Indonesia is a coffee powerhouse, but Blue Tiger comes from a quieter corner of Sumatra. Here, generations of farmers work with limited access yet deep knowledge, growing the same varieties their ancestors tended. Through training and careful harvest at peak ripeness, they overcome supply-chain challenges. The result is bold and expressive!
