Cold brewing coffee allows you to taste rich, robust flavors at a temperature you can still enjoy on a hot summer day.
This guide is for brewing cold brew concentrate, allowing you to simply add equal parts water and enjoy.
Step-by-step Instructions:
- Grind your favorite Swing's beans on a medium-coarse setting.
- Combine beans and filtered water in mason jar in a fixed ratio so that every 1 gram of coffee is combined with 6 grams of water. Brew enough concentrate to your liking while maintaining this ratio. Make sure all grounds are saturated with water.
- Let steep inside the fridge for 12-14 hours.
- Pour cold brew concentrate through filter to remove coffee grounds.
- To serve, combine equal parts cold brew concentrate and water. Pour over ice and enjoy!
Expert Tips:
- If you prefer stronger cold brew, use a 2:1 concentrate to water ratio when serving.
